Excellent hotel with a fantastic location. It is very close to the old town. Right across the street are the central park, the central market, and the Samanid Mausoleum. The Ark Fortress is only a 5-minute walk away. The location is very convenient, especially for getting a taxi or for travelers arriving by car. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts are delicious. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again

I've traveled the world and stayed in numerous guesthouses, but this one in Central Asia exceeded my expectations. The guesthouse was spotless, the owner was kind and inquisitive, and he helped me with everything, making my stay very comfortable. There were plenty of cafes, shops, and fast food options nearby, so I never went hungry. Although there were some minor issues, like a missing coffee table, the owner quickly responded and provided me with a suitable alternative to work on my computer.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a brand-new guesthouse, which exceeded my expectations in every way. The owner, Timur, was incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to help me purchase my flight ticket. He also organized a fantastic tour of the old city, which was a highlight of my trip. The guesthouse itself is conveniently located near shops and cafes, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
