The building feels modern, with fresh rooms and a QR‑code entry that’s easy to use; the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom clean and the shower nice. Breakfast is only available off‑site at high‑quality spots. The apartment felt a bit damp, probably because it was closed off and not ventilated. Coffee and water are served in a nearby lounge, but I’d have preferred a coffee machine in the room.

Everything is modern, brand‑new, spacious, with many services and very well maintained.
The new building is well‑furnished with great attention to detail and includes a shared kitchen, good housekeeping, a reserved parking spot, and proximity to the beach and attractions. The host is very helpful and ready to provide information for any request. For breakfast, a voucher is given for a drink and a sweet or savory item at a nearby pastry shop or bakery. Highly recommended!

Everything is very clean and new, and the shared kitchen corner with a small lounge and balcony is lovely. The spot next to the train station is fantastic, with free parking nearby and an internal parking lot. The QR code worked great for opening the gate and main door, but opening room 2 was a bit more troublesome; you had to press the button exactly when the beep sounded or the door would lock immediately, requiring several attempts. No other issues with the process. The bathroom sink is a bit small.
