Staying on Gili Air here was a treat: the tiny houses are adorable and cozy, the pool sits just outside the terrace, and the walk to the harbour takes only five minutes; the staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming, and we even had a blast singing together one night.

The location is great, the pool is lovely, and the staff are genuinely helpful, yet the phone was dead and the AC leaked onto the tiled floor at night almost sending me to the ground; the shower is fine but the pressure is low.

El alojamiento está a 7 minutos andando del puerto, la cama es cómoda y ofrecen alquiler de motos y bicicletas; las instalaciones son antiguas, está roto, en las habitaciones hay agujeros por donde entran mosquitos y bichos, nos vimos obligados a dormir con repelente en la piel porque nos picaban, no había agua caliente y la piscina está en mal estado con hamacas sucias y rotas, por eso no nos metimos en la piscina; por el precio hay hoteles mucho mejores en la isla, mala experiencia, no somos personas exigentes pero el precio no se corresponde con la calidad; si tienes una cabaña con agujeros, lo normal es que en la cama pongan una mosquitera al menos.

Il personale è molto gentile, la posizione dell’hotel è comoda, vicino al porto e ai ristoranti buoni; le camere sono davvero carine e pulite, e l’hotel offre anche un cinema all’aperto; consiglio a chi vuole passare 2/3 notti a Gili Air.
