“The staff at checkout was a bit aggressive. Got a call and 3 different knocks on the door before 11am actual check out”
The property is wonderful and in the heart of the city.

The staff was excellent, and the location was convenient to local stores and the New Hampshire State Capitol. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and everything was great.

Nice rooms, super clean and comfortable with great staff. The only thing I thought they could improve on was in‑room entertainment. Don’t get me wrong, the new TV has Direct TV and movie channels, but most places these days usually have a setup to allow you to log into your own services like Netflix, Prime, etc. That would have been nice to have, though I don’t think I would call it a complaint—just an observation.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with a few minor hiccups. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the unique blue light on top of the bed made it easy to get back to sleep at night. However, I did struggle to find the garage entrance, as the signage was unclear, and we ended up parking in 1A without knowing how to access it from the elevators.

I was thoroughly impressed with the spacious and pleasant connecting rooms at this hotel. The rooms were very large and comfortable, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. However, I was a bit disappointed with the limited breakfast options available. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its excellent rooms and convenient location.
