“Excelente custo- benefício com atendimento personalizado”

The staff score a perfect 10 – super attentive and helpful! If you don’t have a car, getting to the center is harder (you’ll need a taxi), but there’s a great restaurant right in front and the tours offer a shuttle directly from the lodge.

Leo was very helpful and welcoming, always friendly and attentive. The newer female staff members could use a bit more training with Leo to polish their service.
