I liked that it was close to the plaza, they let me check in late because my car was delayed, the staff were very friendly, and I ordered food from the restaurant to my room and they brought it to me—excellent service.

The location is great, just a few steps from Plaza de Armas and the Convento de Santa Catalina, the room is spacious and clean, breakfast is simple but satisfying. The hotel’s courtyard bar plays loud music from early afternoon until late evening, which didn’t bother me much because the music matched my taste. I paid at check‑in and didn’t realize the VAT was included in the amount; as a foreign tourist I shouldn’t have paid that extra.
