Unique stay on the grounds of the lighthouse with superb views. The on‑site restaurant far exceeded our expectations for both dinner and breakfast – book a table for dinner in advance. Really enjoyable stay. We stayed in the Cottage, which has old‑fashioned decor and has not been modernised to maintain an authentic look. That’s fine, but the bathroom could do with some modernising.

The spot is gorgeous, the staff are friendly, and everything is very clean. The restaurant could use better ventilation; the kitchen smell was too strong.

I had a genuinely wonderful stay at the lighthouse, with the ocean and the elements right outside, a fantastic view, and rooms that were comfortable, clean, and well preserved. Everything feels old, so it’s not fancy, but it’s authentic and well maintained. The walk to the lighthouse along a railed causeway might be tough for guests with limited mobility, and the stairs add to the challenge.

The location is great, and the overall experience was impressive. Dinner was delicious and the staff were friendly. The rooms are simple, which was what we expected.
