“Recepcionista Mal Educada y poco empatica”
The place is spotless and centrally located, yet a receptionist was very snobbish and unhelpful, refusing to give her ID and telling me I would have to leave the hotel the next day, while the other front‑desk staff were courteous, empathetic, and very accommodating.
“Falta modernizar el hotel.”
The location is fine, but the room was lacking.
“Horrible”
The room was well priced at 25 soles and is a real gem in downtown Lima, but it feels like a typical hotel in the city center.
“Aceptable y cómodo.”
I liked the location and the staff’s treatment, but sometimes insects appeared.

The service was excellent, everything needed was available and the price was reasonable, but I did find some insects—attention to that detail would be wise.
