The caravan was spotless, roomy, and the beds were comfortable, plus there was an extra toilet in the bedroom that was a pleasant surprise. However, the shower door wouldn't close, so we had to hold it shut while showering, and the oven was unusable because the temperature settings had disappeared.

The shower door refused to close, making it hard to shower. There were no toiletries or bathrobes as advertised, and only two towels for three of us. When we mentioned these issues, the host ignored us completely.
The location was comfortable and quiet, and the club house and parking facilities were excellent. On the downside, the TV and caravan needed updating, the shower door wouldn't close, the cooker instructions on the dials made it impossible to read the oven temperature, the punch mark on the main bedroom door was misleading, the furniture was not what was advertised, and there was no book for customers to leave input.
Lovely location caravan was clean and had everything we needed I.e plates , glasses, toilet rolls and pans. The shower doors didn't shut so had to shower with 1 knee holding the doors closed
