The food was the highlight—many dishes, all delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful; I liked the mix of guests, though there were few Russian speakers. The rooms were quite simple, but the dining experience made up for it.

Overall, the break was good, but I expected more from a 5‑star Ultra All‑Inclusive resort. The staff were kind and responsive, and service was decent. However, the Ultra All‑Inclusive package was restrictive: only local alcoholic drinks were included; branded alcohol had to be paid extra. Wi‑Fi cost money, which feels odd for a 5‑star hotel today. The food selection wasn’t very wide; I’d have liked more variety. The pool water was quite cold. The beach isn’t right next to the hotel—you have to walk about 300 m across the street. In short, the hotel isn’t bad, but calling it a 5★ Ultra All‑Inclusive feels like a stretch.

The food blew me away! I didn’t bother with the tea kettle and hangers; they’re not meant to be nailed to the wall or rail. The music blasted past 11 pm, and even earplugs didn’t cut it. One waiter slipped a secret note to my sister, which was totally inappropriate. Still, the rest of the staff and cleaners were professional and friendly. The all‑inclusive package is a lifesaver when you’ve got a toddler.

We liked how clean everything was, the pool, the Turkish‑cuisine restaurant that was open from 12 pm to 4 pm, the beach, the kids’ playroom and the nightly children’s shows, plus the entertainment and bar service. On the other hand, there was no internet, the beach was far away, some staff in the kids’ room didn’t look after the children, the Turkish night didn’t deliver the flavors we expected, the fruit selection was limited (no grapes at all in ten days), and the cleaning supplies and tea/coffee items in our room were only refreshed once in ten days after we had to call reception five times.
