The vibe is lovely and elegant with a beautiful bathroom. The walkable location has great nearby facilities. Mahsin delivered outstanding customer service, being helpful and responsive when an unexpected incident arose. The air‑con unit on the balcony of room 4 was a little loud when it kicked in for all the rooms around.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The room was very comfortable. It’s close to the tram station and plenty of shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The Duomo, Medici Chapel, and Galleria dell’Accademia with the statue of David are nearby. The staff was very helpful with check‑in and in helping us get around.

The air‑conditioning and soundproofing worked well, the room was the right size and tidy. The service was good; when we arrived our luggage was carried up to the floor (no elevator). Breakfast could have been more varied, since the same dishes appeared every morning, and the toilet paper quality should be improved. It didn’t bother us, but the lack of an elevator could be a problem for people with mobility issues.
