The ambience was spiritual, the front desk was friendly, and I was blessed to be there during the Jagannath rath yatra; the food was nice. However, the rooms are small and can only accommodate two people, and the onsite price through ISKON is a huge difference compared with online platforms.

Food was ok., though a bit below expectation, considering the price they charge for the room. The staff was very cordial and courteous but equally unprofessional. I booked boat ride to Sangam for the next morning. In the evening when I approached the reception, there was no staff. Th security guard present nearby and another staff member who happened to be there advised me to be present at 730 am next morning at the reception from where we will be taken to the boat. Accordingly we reached the reception at 725 am the next morning only to be told that the boat was full and there was no way we could be accommodated. The room was good and the property well maintained. A little improvement in the way they work and the quality of food can make it a good option for stay. I had booked with the ISKCON for the first time but felt disappointed. I know of many properties in Prayagraj which a far better at lesser price than this property. Very unprofessional style of management

The hotel sits right by Yamuna ghat, and the satwik food at the on‑site restaurant was tasty with great service. They even let you book boats to Prayag Sangam at a fixed price. A small temple on the property hosts a calm Yamuna aarti each evening, which was very peaceful. I would have liked quicker email replies before my arrival; I asked about the boat service but never heard back, so I had to book through the ghat boatmen at a higher price. The ghat itself felt very commercial, and I missed the chance for a long boat ride from the ghat next to the hotel.

The location was great and the place was clean. The restaurant menu could use some improvement.
