Las instalaciones y personal súper atentos, muy lindos, de verdad agradecida con sus atenciones. Que no hubo luz, y no tuvimos agua caliente, al final entiendo su problema, pero yo pagué por un servicio completo, y no fueron 3 pesos

The staff are very attentive and efficient, and the food is exquisite. But there are no suitable facilities for people with limited mobility; there is no way to get to the pool or terrace in a wheelchair. The dogs barking at night is overwhelming.

“Decente considerando que por la zona no hay nada”

Given the lack of options in the area, this is a very good choice. The rooms are decent, the place is clean, the staff is extremely attentive, and the food service is good, tasty, and hygienic. The lights went out twice, leaving you in the dark, without internet, and unable to charge devices, and the staff did nothing to compensate, which also affected the food service; I ended up using the place only to sleep because I was heading to an event, but honestly I don’t recommend staying there for anything else—there’s little to do, and with the power outages you’re literally left in the dark. It could improve a lot; it’s very expensive for what it offers, but acceptable if you consider there’s no pool in the area.
