The price‑quality ratio was good, and an onsen bathroom was available. The room was very small for two people; with suitcases you can't move around. They should provide lockers.

This hotel's location can't be beat, and the staff were super friendly - they even offered to help with our bags. The free shuttle bus to the airport was a lifesaver, but it's a shame that the hot spring is only for men.

I was really impressed with the hotel's location - it's right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late and they sorted me out with a room key. The only downside was the noise from the street outside, which made it hard to sleep at times. But the bed was honestly one of the comfiest I've ever slept in, so it was worth putting up with a bit of disturbance.

The hotel's location is a major plus - it's right next to the train station and within walking distance of all the main attractions. There's even a shuttle bus to Narita Airport if you need it, and a great Japanese barbecue restaurant right next door. However, the rooms are tiny, with the bed taking up most of the space, making it a squeeze to lay out your clothes and open your suitcases. The bathroom's not much bigger, and to top it off, the public bath is only for men.

The location was perfect for me since I had a layover at Narita Airport, but it also highlighted how far away the airport is from the city. The front desk staff made a mistake with my room number, which led to me carrying my heavy luggage around for a while and almost disturbing other guests.
