A huge room with large panoramic windows, and the hotel is close to Mak and Silpo. The food was very tasty, but my husband and I spent the whole night dealing with heartburn.

There was no kettle in the suite, but I think it would not be a problem to arrange one if needed.

“Не зовсім люкс...”

The room had plenty of space, the hotel was conveniently located, the room was clean and bright, and the bed was wonderful. However, the curtains in the room were thin and did not block the sun, so it was hard to sleep, especially since the room faced the sun. The old air‑conditioner was loud at night and could not be turned off, and the window wouldn’t open because the road noise prevented sleep, making the room stuffy at night. I was surprised there was no face towel, apparently one towel is considered enough for body and face, which is odd for a luxury room. The fridge was in the middle of the room—curious if the person who suggested that layout did it at home too. The TVs were old.

I liked the area, it was very green, the rooms were spacious, and the staff were very friendly. There were no problems with parking; the security opened the barrier on time. The shower had an unpleasant smell, and mold had already appeared in the seams between the tiles. It seems they tried to mask the odor by putting a cheap lemon aromatherapy diffuser in the bathroom, but it did nothing— the room simply mixed the unpleasant shower smell with a sharp, sour scent from the diffuser.
