Only the water park and a few café items were usable. The accessibility to the chalets, service, and reception left a lot to be desired, and there was no maintenance or external cleaning in the rooms.
The service was excellent, especially from Uncle Corintians.
Overall the treadmill area was fine, though the outside part needs improvement. The section next to the highway and the reception could have had someone give more attention, escort guests to rooms, and help out. We were a bit lost until we found our rooms.

The spot and the water park were good, but the chalet had no room service and nothing in the minibar. To order food you have to walk far outside the hotel for a motorcycle delivery, and the air conditioning broke for two days, leaking and not cooling. The response was slow, with an excuse every hour.

Being just a few steps from the water park in a single room is great! The little farm is also very fun for kids. The room quality is solid. The reception staff didn’t give clear directions, and carrying luggage from the parking lot is hard and time‑consuming. The in‑house pizza place should be closed – the service is poor and needs training.
