The AC didn’t work. The front desk person was rude and never fixed the issue, the room was insanely tiny for the price, Netflix didn’t work as advertised, and it was very hot so we couldn’t sleep most of our stay; when we raised it with staff we were repeatedly ignored. Everything was bad.

La ubicación cerca a la Termini de Roma es perfecta !. La cama está deteriorada, el colchón tiene un hueco en la mitad, CERO cómodo! Tooodo se escucha de una habitación a otra, el baño tiene un goteo constante y el pasillo está sobre la habitación por ende se escuchaba hasta lo que hablaban por teléfono la verdad muy difícil descansar así

It seemed safe and the staff were helpful. But I stayed in room 108 near the front desk, which was very noisy – everyone left and entered loudly, footsteps echoed, so I couldn’t sleep. Consider this before booking.

The only thing that mattered was the spot. The room was cramped and plain, with no hand towel, spare towel, or even extra toilet paper. The décor felt like it came straight out of the 70s, and the entrance was odd because non‑hotel guests used the same door. The lift looked like it might break any minute.
