“Le bonheur est dans le pré!”

A lovely surprise with a warm welcome! A little slice of paradise near Pau, surrounded by nature. The place is ideal for relaxing while still being close to the city. The house has a lot of charm, is very comfortable, and the room is spacious. Two stunning surprises: at night a star‑filled sky free of light pollution, a real spectacle, and in the morning a deer calmly crossing the access path. A peaceful, refreshing stay full of charm – pure bliss! Nothing to mention otherwise.

The setting is extremely quiet and surrounded by forest. The only nighttime sounds come from wildlife. I appreciate that breakfast always includes fresh baguette and croissant.

“A stylish, luxurious hotel, with stunning views of Pau.”

Although the hotel is historic, it has been superbly modernised and looks very stylish. Breakfast was good and the owner was extremely friendly. The views of Pau from the hotel were stunning. Everything was immaculately clean and the shower was luxurious. The road up to the hotel was steep, narrow and potholed, making it tricky in the dark or wet.

A magnificent place, fully renovated with quality products on a hill, quiet with a breathtaking view of Pau. The welcome was warm, the beds super comfortable. Truly, we had a wonderful night in the domain!
