The accommodation is very close to the Várfürdő, the castle, and the city center, everything is easily reachable. Overall, we were satisfied with the choice, spending a few quiet, peaceful, comfortable days. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice that breakfast is a kilometre away in the hotel, where keys must be collected upon arrival, which was inconvenient because not everyone in the group could walk that far, so we had to drive. Breakfast itself was generous and met our needs. It’s odd that some amenities, like a coffee maker, can be requested in the hotel; this could be clarified in the listing.
The room was a hit with the kids, and we were especially careful to give them a child‑themed room they liked. The wellness area was adequate, and everything within walking distance was easily reachable. The surroundings were quiet, and the reception staff were very helpful.

I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and the distant location; the dining area was dirty, the beds had dusty sheets, the walls were covered in spiderwebs, and the doors were rotted and moldy, leaving a bleak impression for tourists looking to unwind after a year of work.
