“Disastroso”
In response to the hotel’s reply, your answer contains many inaccuracies, and I don’t have time to refute each one, so I’ll be brief: the croissants were leftover not because there were many, but because they struggled to eat one each, as they were empty! I never said I love fruit tarts, only homemade ones. Aside from the fact that 3/4 were left over and not just a small piece (as you claim), because it was terrible and I’m used to better, the tart itself was clearly a discount item; if it hadn’t been, and you had made it, I would have to conclude that making tarts is not your strong suit. Departure: the hall (shall we call it that?) never had anyone, and when we left, we weren’t seen because you were never there. Doors: you are huge liars, the bathroom and room 104 doors were extremely stiff, and you must know that, not just pushing as you say: it really took a craftsman to open them, you lie if you deny it. You need more self‑criticism and honesty, especially since reading other reviews, it seems many don’t shine at all. Triple with a crib paid 162 euros per night was a disaster: the room was really ugly with one tiny window, constant presence of flies, defective entrance and bathroom doors (opening them required immense force), very long window curtains that the child tripped on, bathroom without soap or kit, breakfast was awful, there were two items of the same number, a discount tart (I pointed this out to the person managing breakfasts, who promised to make a homemade tart the next morning, but we found the tart leftover from the previous day), 4 stars??? Unfortunately we didn’t stay at all. For us it was terrible, terrible, terrible.
