I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as it lacked two essential amenities: Wi-Fi and hot water. To make matters worse, the reception area was located a short distance away from the actual accommodation, which made it inconvenient for guests. I had high expectations, but unfortunately, this hotel fell short in several areas. The lack of basic amenities made my stay quite uncomfortable.
