It felt like the hotel wasn’t even there; I struggled to find a clean entrance and was disappointed.

The room was clean. However, the towel, coffee packets, and handwash were missing, even though they were listed in the app when booking, and breakfast was supposedly included but the staff said they couldn’t provide it. The hotel also lacks parking for both two‑wheelers and four‑wheelers.

After the first day I was moved into a suite that was pretty roomy, but there was no food or room‑service, no housekeeping, and the lift was out of order because the hotel is being renovated; debris was everywhere.
