We, a family of four, had a dreamlike and relaxing holiday thanks to the cozy holiday apartment and the very affectionate hosts who gave us plenty of tips for the area and helped with restaurant reservations. The property is beautiful, with a fantastic saltwater pool and garden that is run with great passion. We wholeheartedly recommend it! The surroundings are perfect for hiking, cycling, and trips to the sea, San Marino, Urbino, and the gorge. Urbino is easy to reach on foot for strolling, shopping, or enjoying delicious ice cream or regional dishes in restaurants. There was nothing negative.

We spent an excellent week at Fonte Flavia. The location is stunning, in the heart of the countryside, in a very calm environment. It’s ideal for discovering the Marches, whether the many medieval villages nearby, Urbino or Urbania, or destinations like San Marino or the Adriatic coast, all easily reachable for a day trip. The accommodation is especially spacious: the rooms are large, there’s a real living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a pleasant outdoor area shaded by trees where it’s very nice to have meals. The saltwater pool is a real asset, very enjoyable after a day of sightseeing and offering a beautiful setting with a clear view of the countryside. We especially appreciated the welcome from Vanna, Livio, and Flavia. They are very kind, always available, regularly check in to make sure everything is fine, happily share the history of this old family farm, and give excellent advice on restaurants and places to discover in the region. The fact that there are only two accommodations guarantees a peaceful atmosphere and lets you fully enjoy the pool and outdoor spaces. The covered garage is also a real plus in summer, keeping the car protected from the heat. This is a place we recommend without hesitation for discovering the Marches in an authentic and relaxing setting. We have nothing particular to report.

Position, apartment size more than adequate for a completely relaxing holiday, stunning pool, tidy and quiet area, and livable. The owners are available. Nothing.
