The hosts were super warm and the room was gorgeous, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. Breakfast tasted great and the location is fantastic—right next to the beach at Faaker See.

I was disappointed by the lack of colorful towels and sheets—especially the pillowcase was a dull gray, probably washed with everything else. The mattress was sagging and the bed was uncomfortable. I couldn’t get a feel for the place’s vibe or style, and for the price I expected a cleaner look. Even the entrance was a bit untidy. The photos of the courtyard and inflatable pool looked tidy, but on the ground the outdoor area was a mess with bird droppings and random items scattered around.
Everything was as advertised: professional and friendly staff, late check‑in available, tasty breakfast included, and pets are welcome.
