The accommodation was very clean and the location was great; because it sits on a quiet side street it’s really peaceful. The rooms were spotless and check‑in was hassle‑free. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, with vegetarian options available. Walking less than five minutes gets you to small cafés, restaurants and a tiny supermarket. We would come back anytime.

Communication was perfect; the rooms feel cozy and the breakfast is excellent. The location in Baunei is ideal for Cala Goritze (must be booked in advance) and Gola Gorropu.

The property is brand new and the parking is very convenient. Check‑in is digital and doors open automatically, so you won’t see a person. The first human you encounter is at breakfast.

Beautiful location with great views. Parking is free right next to the accommodation. Baunei is small and quiet, and walking you can reach many restaurants and small supermarkets. The cleanliness and modern rooms are especially noteworthy; the air‑conditioning is so quiet you barely hear it, and it cools the room quickly. It was a wonderful stay, but if you dislike driving on long winding roads, Baunei isn’t for you.
