We stayed in room "London" and it really looked like a British manor house, beautifully done; the only thing missing was the tea set, which could be added later. The curtains were nice but mostly decorative, so we wished for more blackout; the mattresses felt a bit too firm for us.

The room was very appealing, the different room styles were quite clever, and the location is very central.

The location right in the city center is great for reaching everything, the rooms are individually and interestingly furnished, and the staff was consistently very friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is in the pedestrian zone, you are often woken at night by outdoor noises when the windows are open (the strong echo seems to be a general issue of the pedestrian zone). Breakfast is fine for vegetarians, but probably not enough for vegans.

The rooms are spacious and unique, the staff is nice, the location is top, and the price is good.
