“The hotel was new but they don’t clean very well so in a couple of years it won’t be the same! Once the newness’s wares”

The location was fine, but they didn’t clean the room daily like other hotels do; I had to ask every few days for towel changes, and after 7 days of a 12‑night stay I still had to request new bed linen and to empty my bin—things that should happen automatically.

“An adventure”

The room matched the advert and the location is decent for an adventurous stay, but the bed linen had holes, the decor was dirty, cockroaches were everywhere, ventilation was poor but working, there was no natural light, only road noise, and the staff were less than ideal though they responded quickly to complaints.
