The cleanliness, rooms and bathrooms are modern and very comfortable, the breakfast is very complete, and the main thing is the friendliness and willingness to help from all staff – Álvaro, the reception girls and especially Alejandro, who offered and resolved everything. Everything is great, only the area is a bit far and there are few places to eat or drink, but the transport is excellent: the metro is a block and a half away and a bus is at the door.

I really liked the size of the room, the comfort and the size of the bathroom. The location is far from the centre, but there is a metro station very close and taxis are plentiful in Madrid.

Reception was very attentive and friendly, cleaning service was great, everything was very clean, the rooms had very comfortable beds, and the location was very good for our case since we moved around by metro and it was next door.
