The location in District 10 is central and makes getting around easy. The room was clean, tidy, and came with a hair dryer, air‑conditioner, fan, mirror, wardrobe, an abundance of hangers, a table and chair, and a TV. Even though the room was small, I thought 1–2 nights would be enough, and there were two bottles of bottled water. The WC was very clean. The walls were clean, tiled, freshly painted, and there were decorative paintings that brightened the space. Having stayed at many other nearby hotels, I found this one to be the cleanest and most reasonable for its price. The front‑desk staff were extremely friendly, and although I didn’t take a photo, the hotel’s pictures look accurate. The hot and cold water taps were present but I couldn’t turn on the hot water. Occasionally I heard noise from adjacent rooms or cleaning staff, and sometimes it startled me, but it wasn’t frequent enough to be a major issue. The air‑conditioner seemed a bit old; I set it to 21 °C but had to turn on the fan too to feel comfortable, which made it a bit power‑hungry.

The staff were friendly. I found a cockroach in my room, so I was moved to another room, but I still didn’t feel comfortable. The room appeared clean at first glance, but upon closer inspection there were hairs on the bed and dirt under it.

“This is my first vacation back to Vietnam after COVID, I still like to come back to stay at Thanh Vinh hotel”

The Thanh Vinh hotel is a gem, and it’s near a lot of great food spots.

The staff were very enthusiastic. They helped me check in early. The accommodation was okay for the price, and I was very satisfied.
