“Muy buena estadía !”
Our stay was comfortable, thanks to the spacious and cozy beds. However, it's essential to consider the room's orientation, whether it's facing the sea or the opposite side.

Although the location was perfect, with Praia Grande right in front of us, our experience was marred by several issues, including extremely hard mattresses, dirty and smelly sheets, stained towels, and a general lack of cleanliness. The pool also failed to meet our expectations, and the management's response to our request to extend our stay was unacceptably slow.

Our stay was a disaster from start to finish, with no breakfast options available and a complete mismatch between the advertised amenities and the reality. The room's air conditioning was also faulty, and the management took an unacceptable two days to fix it. The beds were particularly egregious, consisting of cut-to-size foam blocks with no padding or covering.

Unfortunately, the hotel's location was the only redeeming quality, but its poor condition and subpar amenities led to a disappointing stay. The room booked did not match the reservation, and the cleanliness of both the building and the room fell short of expectations.
