How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff are lovely! The location is beautiful, the view is amazing. The rooms are pleasant, the showers are indulgent. Breakfast is good. It is very important that the staff want to please guests and they try hard to meet every request. In the large room we were given a bed for 2 children, the beds were not the same size and one bed was small and uncomfortable.

This hotel truly deserves a perfect 10/10 for its outstanding service, prime location, and impeccable attention to detail. Our room was huge with a very big comfortable bed and came equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to cater to every need, even kindly ordering takeaway from a nearby restaurant. The breakfast spread was exceptional, featuring a wide variety of fresh, high‑quality options that catered to every taste. Coffee was available at the bar throughout the day, and we made it a point to order it every afternoon as well – it was consistently excellent (Caffe Cavalese green). In the evenings, the hotel reception was filled with the wonderful aroma of fresh pastries and cakes being prepared for the next morning's breakfast, adding a special touch to the atmosphere.

Exceptional welcome, wonderful and helpful staff. They provided information that allowed our family to fully enjoy the area in three days. Moreover, they immediately asked if we needed a crib and within a little more than half an hour it was ready in the room. Spacious room, very convenient kitchen and well‑organized bathroom. Excellent soundproofing and the bed was very comfortable – my daughter slept better than at home. Breakfast varied and also gluten‑free options were available. If you choose to have breakfast outdoors you can enjoy an exceptional view. Cleaning was outstanding!!! That was the first thing I noticed, compliments! Everything fantastic, recommended to everyone and we will definitely come back.
