The parking lot is a bit cramped, and there was no kettle in the room for coffee. When you shower, the whole bathroom gets wet because there’s no shower divider. The furniture and door frames have a lot of scratches.

The hotel is 5 minutes from Paradise Mall and the Vitosha metro station, close to the mountain. It sits on a quiet street and is a quiet hotel with its own 24‑hour underground parking and excellent kitchen in the hotel restaurant; the coffee there was also pretty good. The interior and room cleanliness could use improvement, and the bed and pillows were not comfortable for me.

The only good thing was the bathroom; if they hadn’t made it glass‑enclosed and some smart person had decided to put a window screen between the bathroom and the room, it would have been fine. In my case the screen was in a damaged state, half‑open, cracked, and everything was visible. If someone sits on the toilet for a big or small need, everything is visible and you can see the person in the room. Terrible stupidity. With a brand‑new screen the idea might have been interesting, but now it definitely isn’t. The screen is super cheap and I see no reason why it shouldn’t be replaced. The furniture is in a bad state, but that was expected for the price and isn’t a deal‑breaker. The mattress is extremely firm and unpleasant to lie on. The underground parking is so tight that the approach to it is marked with paint from cars that have entered and exited. The same goes below. The maneuvering space is minimal, especially for longer cars.
