The housekeeping crew did an excellent job, leaving the room spotless and clean, but the lack of facilities and the absence of room service were the main drawbacks.

The room was comfortable and the AC performed well, breakfast was decent, and the staff were the real highlight—friendly and welcoming; the location was fine, though it’s less convenient without a car. The toilet was frustrating to flush, taking a long time and preventing frequent use, which was very annoying.

We stayed here several times before, and this time the room felt too small; my husband had to sleep on the floor because the double bed was tiny, and the bathroom washbasin was a joke—overall the space was cramped. We felt cramped in Elm House with our little dog, and we couldn’t use the main lounge for dinner with our dog. Breakfast was offered, and I think the staff member at 7 am felt sorry for us, but I won’t return, which is disappointing.

The room was comfortable with plenty of space, and the bus station was a quick walk away, making it ideal for a family of four since the sofa bed could be converted into a bunk bed. Dinner service was slow, although the food itself was good.
