The TV only had channel 1 RTM with no sound, and the air conditioner leaked a lot of water onto the floor.

“The hotel is clean n value for money”

I got there at midnight with no cash for the deposit, so I asked if I could scan a QR code to pay online, but they said no and still told us to go to the bank to cash out. They could have been more understanding about the deposit situation.
