I was shocked by the Wi‑Fi situation: the booking said it was included, but after arrival we were told it wasn’t available; the next day a password for a non‑existent network was given, then another day it was said the network was broken and a new password was supplied that didn’t work. The whole ordeal showed how unprofessional they are. There’s a shared fridge in the corridor, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing but you can use it. After buying a water cooler and putting bottles in the fridge, one bottle was taken, the other disappeared. I told Mrs. Antonella, who promised to fix it. The next day she returned the “stolen” bottles, then called me and said she wasn’t obliged to give them back, claiming “you guys put them in the fridge.” She basically treated the missing drinks as normal. So if you stay here, hide your water in the room and drink it warm, or you’ll be mocked by her. Also, the listing says breakfast isn’t included but can be booked on site, which is totally false. The room smells stale. Absolutely never again.

When we arrived on the second floor of an old building, the cleaning lady handed us the keys because the owner wasn’t there and didn’t even perform a check‑in or ask for our documents. Inside the room we realized it was quite different from what we had booked – it should have had a double and a single bed and a newer bathroom – and about thirty minutes later the owner called us to explain that a mix‑up had happened and we were given a smaller room than promised. We had just showered after the beach, so we didn’t switch rooms and we were stuck with the smaller one, without a refund for the price difference. The room was expensive for what it offered, dated, and the building’s location was not great. When we asked about paying separately for breakfast as advertised, the lady said the next day she would be working and it wasn’t possible, suggesting we “go to the bar” instead. The next morning, when we left the room, no one was there to process check‑out, so we had to leave the keys outside. To this day the owner hasn’t asked for our documents or logged our stay. I don’t think that’s fair.
