The apartment is beautiful and functional with a charming terrace offering a lovely view—like a taste of Venetian life. The only downside is that it’s on the fourth floor and the tiny elevator often jams.

I booked an apartment, not a hotel, and it was just okay—sofas weren’t comfortable. Housekeeping could use a lot of work; the robe was tattered and frayed, and there was no wine opener. They mentioned charges for dirty dishes left in the sink, yet they never offered any room cleaning. The TV was stuck on Chinese language, which should have been checked before new guests arrived.

Breakfast was magnificent! The bar claimed to be open from 3 to 10 daily, but every time we tried to grab a drink it was either closed or not staffed.

The location turned out great once we found it, right near the boat stop. The rooms and bar were beautiful, though the standard room felt fairly small. The staff were really lovely, helpful and welcoming, and breakfast offered a good variety. We showed up at the bar 15 minutes before closing and got no service, which was disappointing. The bathroom was small.

The room was beautiful and very spacious, with a great view. It was spotless and located in a fantastic spot, and the staff were friendly.
