The reception staff were very kind. The waiter at the restaurant was rude.

The spot was spot on, just a stone’s throw from the city centre and the rooftop spa view was simply breathtaking. The staff were super friendly and proactive, and the beds felt like cloud‑soft. We had booked for the spa and fitness, but were told they’re closed on Mondays, even though we arrived on a Sunday and a Monday; knowing that earlier would have changed our choice. Breakfast and dinner were decent but the options felt a bit narrow.

The food was tasty, the place was clean, the staff were attentive, there was a pool, a playroom, and flexibility.

The reception, restaurant, dining room and kids’ area are spacious and modern, the location is excellent – perched above Sopron with a great view, quiet yet only about a ten‑minute walk to the centre, and the wellness and pool areas are well kept; breakfast is varied with excellent bread and the six staff members serving were attentive yet almost invisible. We were placed on the third floor, which felt noticeably older than the other levels; the room was small and worn (the photos didn’t match), though the bathroom was clean, the beds were new and very soft, the wall strip was chipping (a safety hazard), there was no safe (the receptionist said there was no alternative), the bathroom was cramped with a stained bathtub that had odd black smears, the toilet had urine scale and a discolored seat, the sink was clean, and the lounge with an air‑hockey table had no windows and felt a bit stale.
