“Nice place to stay if you are young can walk/hike for about 10-15 minutes to access the property”
The layout was overall fine, but getting to the property was a real hassle.

The location of the property was good, yet the staff were thoughtless and unable to keep up with bookings.

There’s nothing to like about this place: it’s overpriced, the staff are unprofessional, there are no amenities, and it’s not hospitable at all. No power backup and no hot water. The staff seemed uninterested in fixing problems and were only after money. We booked well in advance for a three‑day trip to Jibhi, but the place is overrated and run by an intern named Saurav who is irresponsible, unprofessional, and ill‑mannered. Power cuts are frequent in the cold, yet there’s no backup. Vehicles can’t reach the property; it’s a 10‑15 minute walk from the main road, and you must carry your own luggage because they won’t help. The price doesn’t cover the lack of amenities, and the food is just average. The water supply is limited because the pump is faulty, and the geyser barely works, so you’re left with cold water. It’s a mountain village, so city‑like conditions aren’t expected, but there are better, cheaper options that provide proper facilities. The stay was miserable, and I would never recommend this place for the reasons listed above. It’s simply not hospitable for tourists.

The best part of this property is its peaceful location, far from the city’s hustle and bustle. It’s the best tree house I’ve ever visited in Jibhi.
