A place with good potential but untapped; it lacks love or money. The infrastructure appears abandoned.

A nice secluded quiet spot on the beach, but the advertisement and the price are far from reflecting the reality of the place.

The spot is right on a very quiet beach, which is great. The room felt a bit sparse, but that’s typical for this price point. If you want food, you’ll need a scooter or a tuktuk, or you can walk 20 minutes to town. San Vicente has nice restaurants, and the 100 steps viewpoint is truly spectacular!

The place sits directly on the sea with a huge beach—perfect if you’re after peace and want to stay away from the chaos. It’s super quiet with few people. The only downside is that the property doesn’t serve lunch or dinner, so you have to head to San Vicente’s center, a 10‑minute walk, for meals. At night the street you take is dark, and you’ll need a tuk‑tuk, which can be a bit inconvenient.
