Beautiful, quiet location with a wonderful roof terrace. The whole house has a unique charm. Breakfast on the roof is already something special! Because the rooms are very small, there is no space to store luggage or empty suitcases. The bathroom also lacks hooks to hang towels. The shower is unfortunately open in a modern way and guarantees small floods…

Very stylish and lovingly detailed. Great location and dreamy view from the rooftop terrace. Wonderful breakfast on the terrace. Very nice and accommodating young host couple! Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about!

“Amazing, not perfect.”

The concept is solid, blending old and new stylishly. The terrace for breakfast is lovely. The breakfast itself is fine and personalized, but the selection shrinks day to day, feeling a bit like leftovers on day three. The rooms are also nice, yet small and not suitable for longer stays. Room service is inconsistent; sometimes the beds are made, sometimes not.

The villa is beautifully renovated and tastefully, individually decorated. The roof terrace and rooftop are great after sunset, and catching the sunrise is a must; breakfast at 9 h is excellent. The room was ready far too late 😥, the air‑conditioning worked only partially. The supposed “view” from the room turned out to be a view of a two‑metre‑away ugly ruin. The bed was not made regularly and the bathroom floor was never cleaned. The young staff still have a lot to learn 😢

A very friendly, young host couple. Family‑style breakfast on the roof terrace with a superb sea view. Our room was on the ground floor facing the street, and from 6 am onward it was impossible to sleep. I booked a room with sea view on Booking, but the description has since been removed; the sea view is actually from the roof terrace.
