The front desk and buffet staff are very kind and speak English. The room and linens have a noticeable odor; a bit of room perfume might make it feel more upscale. The buffet was expensive and the selection was limited—I was hoping for bacon and sausage but there was none.

The place was clean, quiet, close to the city center and the subway, but the elevator was a hassle.

The service was exceptionally good, yet there was no power outlet by the bed.
