Hands off this place—bedbugs! I’m completely ruined and have to throw away half my stuff to avoid bringing the bugs home. When I reported it, the response was simply that I could get another room. Given the condition of the units, I doubt the other rooms are clean. The infestation has probably been an issue for a long time. Even without the bedbugs, I would not recommend this place for its cleanliness and condition.

As always, everything is excellent: a clean, quiet room. In the city center, you can walk to the train station in 15 minutes and hit the highway in 5 minutes. Reliable landlord: hassle‑free process and proactive communication. Will definitely stay again. Thanks!

The place was cheap, but the investment backlog was extreme: the sheets had brand‑new holes, the hallway floor was patched with a board that wobbled, the communal kitchen was unusable because it was dirty and broken, and the bathroom could only be used in a limited way.

The value for money in Kaiserslautern was decent, but if you expect a “Nobelhotel” or a normal accommodation at that price you’ll be disappointed; it’s suitable for a cheap overnight stay. The rooms and stairwell were in need of maintenance.
