Hotel Privo

The central location, large room, and mini‑spa were all good, especially since there weren’t many other guests during my stay. The cleanliness and staff availability were superb. Breakfast was fine, though I expected more variety given the restaurant’s reputation, which didn’t disappoint. Unfortunately, when I arrived they told me a party would be held that evening, and even after moving me to a room on the top floor, the music could be heard until late at night. It would be better if they informed guests beforehand about any parties so future guests can decide whether to stay. The staff were kind and did change my room, but it was still hard to fall asleep. I recommend calling ahead to confirm there are no parties if noise is a concern.

I couldn’t say I liked anything in particular except the restaurant, which I only had access to for one day because it was rented out for a private event. Parking spots were scarce, the furniture was old, the bed seemed to break every time you moved, cleanliness was lacking with dust on furniture and the bed, reception staff had no enthusiasm, and the spa area was very weak.

The hotel is very good, modern, and pleasant, with a good breakfast. The bed is really uncomfortable, and there is no distance between the bed and the sideboards as they are almost on the floor; the bedroom lacks a TV, which is disappointing. I think this could be fixed by installing a rotating fixture from the small living room to the bedroom.
