The staff were very kind and friendly, incredibly accommodating, and upgraded our room for free twice! Even before the upgrade the rooms were nice and spacious, but the suite was amazing for me and a friend. Room service was fast, warm, and delicious—thanks, shanti! Compared to other hotels in India it was very clean, but it definitely wasn’t spotless. The water in our sink and shower came out brown at times, but as foreign tourists we don’t use the tap water too much anyway, so it wasn’t the worst thing.
