The most impressive thing was that the hotel is dog friendly; we didn't have a dog, but watching others with theirs was a joy and the dogs were so lucky and happy. On the downside, housekeeping could improve: we had to ask for our floor mopped again right after we arrived, and they didn't come until 4 pm on the second day, so we had to request fresh towels at the front desk. On the third day, when a housekeeper was outside our room, I asked for a one‑hour delay so we could nap before dinner. She didn't speak English and held a cell phone to my face, which I realized was a translator app; she returned 30 minutes later. I believe anyone serving the public in America should speak English.

Obviously the location was fantastic. Ocean front, and every room has a wonderful view of the ocean, pool and pier. There isn’t anything that we didn’t like. The most minor thing would be maybe a little bit larger fridge and maybe the addition of another mirror, a full length one would be really nice
