Residenza Borsari was amazing; the staff responded quickly and were very kind, the room was beautifully decorated, and the quirky wallpaper instantly lifted my mood.

The hotel was charming and warm, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was large, and the staff were very nice; the only downsides were the stairs to the room and the weak lighting in the bedroom.
Perfect for an opera night, the breakfast was absolutely good, but the room size was a bit small.
