Communication was smooth and access easy, the room was nice with a comfy bed and modern décor everywhere, and the TV was huge which my son enjoyed while watching BBC iPlayer. The only downside was the heating being on, which made it too warm for me; I had to close the windows because I couldn't handle the road noise. My wife would have been fine with the temperature, so it's just my personal issue.

The correspondence and communications were clear, and the bed on the ground floor was super comfy. The window blinds in the bedroom provide privacy but let light in at dawn.
