The setting in the lovely old house was nice, the reception was good, and the cleanliness was fine even with the shared bath, but the mattress was way too soft.
The location was good and the owner was friendly and considerate, but there was no air conditioning.

The accommodation was close to the train station and right in the city center, which was very convenient; it was easy to get to and a market sat right next to it; the room was very clean, spacious, and had plenty of cabins with large mirrors; the owner was friendly and flexible, letting us check in and access the room hours before the scheduled time.

The place was 10 minutes on foot from the train station, very central, and about 10 minutes walking to many interesting spots; the owner was helpful, polite, and discreet; the room was clean and comfortable, the shared bathroom was tidy and easily accessible; there were plenty of good restaurants nearby, and a somewhat hidden park 3 minutes away with benches, a kiosk, and good music—really great; a supermarket right next door was very convenient. The only downside was that the climate control could have worked a bit better, though a fan helped during a heatwave; the street noise was noticeable if you opened the window at night, but that’s just city life.
