“Generally it was good the room clean and spacious Clean bathroom”

The hotel sits in a great spot, just a short walk from the train station and the Princess Royal Suite where the event was held; the Toby Carvery is also nearby. However, there’s no breakfast, no fridge in the room, and no drinking water.

The location is superb, with easy rail access to the city, and the room was spotless and fully equipped for our overnight stay.

The property was near the event I attended, yet the bed sheets and bath towels were damp, the bedroom smelled damp, and the room above us was extremely noisy—at one point we thought the occupants were going to come through the ceiling.
