The location and staff were accommodating, but there was no emergency generator during a scheduled power outage. Parents and athletes had to leave for a nearby mall instead of resting at the hotel; when evening fell the place went completely dark because there were no emergency lights, making it unsafe to move through stairways and alleyways. All 30 kid athletes and parents had to be transferred to another hotel because there was no air conditioning at 11 p.m. It was a horrible situation.

I'm still grinning from ear to ear after my fantastic stay here. The staff were absolutely incredible, always going above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, making sure I had everything I needed. If I'm being completely honest, I'd have happily paid triple the price for this level of service and comfort.

This hotel really hit the spot - the breakfast was a highlight, way better than the one at the nearby hotel. The free water was also a nice touch. Overall, it was a solid choice.

I was misled by the pictures - the room looked great online, but in reality, it was a mess. It seemed like they were renovating the room while I was staying in it, which was really frustrating. The hotel lied about the rooms, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
